How do I donate a kidney?

I am in good health and am willing to donate a kidney. I have some

donation means you take nothing in return, you pay for the testing to see if your tissue is compatible and generally the recipient pays for the surgery, but you can get stuck with your time in recovery, it's happened....but, if you try to trade an organ for something else......that is illegal.
