I think you need to start thinking about yourself. Why is no one helping you around the house??? YOU need to start taking it easy before you go into labor before your are suppose to.

I hear you. I went through that with my last pregnancy. They tell you crap like eating fresh fruit and exercising, but it is time to get real. Every night I would take some relax time where my husband was responsible for the other kids. Also on weekends I would really try to rest. He would take them to the park or when they napped or had some "movie time" I would doze off. There is no reason you have to spend twenty hours cleaning. Maybe you can make a chore chart and the kids can help. Or plan some easy quick fast meals for dinner. Or premake a caserole while you are making dinner one night and have your husband pop it in and then you can come home and take a cat nap (30 minutes) while dinner is cooking. Rest is so important. Hope some of my ideas help. They helped me through.

Your definitely not lazy. Don't forget your body is working double hard at the moment-it's coping with a lot of chances. Do you think you could ask your boss if you could reduce your hours? or even ask to change your times so you Get more of a lie in? I'm presuming you have a partner, maybe you can ask him for some help. If not maybe you can limit the amount of cleaning you do. Remember you and your unborn baby are much more important than a little a dust. Besides a little dust want harm you.
Stay healthy and good luck with your pregnancy.

You may need to take a vacation... I'm sure that your job will understand that you need a week off just because you are exhausted. Your body is telling you that you need a break... You need to take one before you become ill... One day get some of your family members to some over and help with the other two kids and maybe they can take them for the weekend or for a couple of days!!!!

Exercising is a good way to boost your energy. Be sure too that you're getting enough fruits and vegetables, and the right vitamins. You may need to check with your doctor, and just tell him about your exhaustion. More than likely, it is just because you are still in the first trimester, but it could be a sleeping disorder. Good luck!

I was soooooooo tired about that time and NOTHING helped... I thought I was NEVER going to get through it, but I am 14 weeks and finally staying awake past 7pm! Every pregnancy is different and you just have to ride the next few weeks out. I am so sorry, I know how bad it sucks!

True, there is not much you can do. Only take 1 prenatal vitamin a day unless perscribed by your Dr. taking too much will cause prob. You are not lazy. You do too much already. Just reading what you do makes me feel tired. You and i are about the same amount of weeks in preg.

The HCG hormone causes morning sickness and tiredness. After the first trimester you'll start to get your energy back. Light exercise, like going on walks, helped me.

i know you are going to laugh at this idea.. but even if you are really tired... push yourself to go for a walk once a day for at least 30 mins. or try prenatal palaties or something. for a couple of days you'll feel even more drained, but you will start to feel better and have more energy... also when u feel a dip in your energy throughout the day try to snack on almonds, or banana chips...
