You have no idea. Jesus laid down His live willingly to make the ultimate sacrifice for us. He paid for all of our sins this way. It took the 3 hours of darkness on the cross to overcome sin not the 3 days in the grave. He rose after 3 days and then went back to sit at the right hand of His Father from where he will come and judge the living and the dead. You can only be made right with God through accepting His son Jesus Christ as your saviour. God Bless

Ok- Jesus did die and it was the ultimate sacrifice- however if He was still died, where is the victory- He death was painful and complete for the remission of all sins- however if He was still in the grave where would the victory be? By the way, Satan deceived Eve- God told the truth. I know that one day I will live eternally with Him, if He had stayed in the grave, where would our hope be?

If you find logic in what you say, May God Almighty have mercy on your soul. Yes it is the ultimate sacrifice! One day here on earth or in his presence ALL will bow down to him and admit he is GOD. It just proves that God let Jesus arise on the 3rd day to prove to the world he can do that, and then he ascended up to heaven to the right side of the father. And one day all that believe will join him in the same way. Now if God had not let him arise and ascend to heaven then his plan would not have been complete Jesus told everyone that he would arise on the third day. And Gods will as always had been done. IS ALLAH so great and mighty he could do that? I don't think so. My God proves himself everyday, and yet don't have to. Because he loves us so much he wants all to see that he is real. By the way MY GOD has never lied! And he warns of false prophets and Gods! What has Allah proved? He can't because he is not real! Where is there proof he even exists? My Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever Amen.
Prayer said by the ultimate sacrifice Jesus Christ. Gods son.
Added note Jesus overcame Death, Hell, and the Grave!

The sacrifice required that He give up this imperfect mortal existence (which He did) and that He be drained of His blood (which He was). The sin this pays for is a lot more than just eating some fruit. Every crime mankind has ever perpetuated now has the possibility of being atoned for by this one sacrifice...if only we could all have a little faith. This is what Jesus has done for you..what has Mohammed done for you?

Biblical death is not a physical one, it is a spiritual one, it is a separation from God. Adam & Eve were separated from God's holiness after they disobeyed Him, by eating of the fruit. Satan twisted God's Law by telling Eve that she would not die or be separated from God but be more like a god, knowing all that is good and evil (Gen 3:1-4 NIV). Satan's lie was that Eve would not die and be like a god. The truth was that Eve was already living within God's Law, and anything within His Law is just and perfect. God made her perfect! But she was deceived and tempted into thinking that she would be more than what God has created her for. And she fell for it.
Our humanity, as long as we're in this flesh, cannot possibly understand God's rationale behind the great fall of mankind:
"How great is God—beyond our understanding!" -- Job 36:26 NIV
"God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding." --- Job 37:5 NIV
It is only through prophets and scribes who write about them, that we gain a bigger picture of God's grander plan for mankind:
"God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." -- 1 John 5:11-12 NIV
God came down to earth, enclosed in flesh, as Jesus, to become a living sacrifice, like the spotless, blemish-free lambs that were sacrificed in the Old Testament.
All along, God knew a way to save us from the acts of original sin by Adam and Eve because He loves us so much! (otherwise, if He were cold, condemning, and punishing, He would have let us figure it out for ourselves how to regain favor with Him - but He's not that way). Through Jesus, we regain our opportunity to have eternal life with God. Jesus shed his blood to atone for all of our past, present, and future sins, not just Adam and Eve's. If we do not accept Jesus as our path to salvation, we face death (separation from God forever).

You beg for logic.
Faith is not always logical.
From Isaiah the Prophet, who Muhammad respected, come these words:
Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7) Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
>>>8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. <<<
10) For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11) So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
12) For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
13) Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

sounds like typical muslim illogical logic to me. But then again the Bukhari Hadith tells us that Mohammed was a child molester, taking the virginity of a 9 year old girl. But I guess we are not to take that literal even though you want to try to take Old Testament texts out of context and take them literal to make an invalid point. To quote a wise man from the planet Vulcan, "Most illogical"

God didn't lie when he told Adam & Eve they would die. They did die. They are not still here. The sin Christ died for is the sin of mankind. It is my sin and your sin. He came back three days later because he conquered death and sin. Then he arose to heaven to be with his Father where we can join him if we obey him and follow his commands. There really isn't anything confusing about it.
