I know that Christ Jesus is real, because I have experienced His manifest presents.

He Saved me.
He Sanctified me.
He Baptized me in The Holy Spirit.
He moves on me in a powerful way.
Our God is an Awesome God !

Why are there so many God Haters ?
The Bible calls them fools, and wicked, that is answer enough for me.
Be Blessed in Christ Jesus !
Minister

Because throughout history, science has shown a natural cause for everything that was attributed to god. The "god of the gaps" used to hide behind earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, famines, plagues, and volcanoes. We know now there are other explanations more suited than "goddidit"As of now, this "god of the gaps" only has two places left to hide.Abiogenesis(that would be a good word for those who think evolution has anything to do with "how did the first life come from non life") and the moment of "creation"Since we have steadily proven no god is needed for all the other natural phenomena, there is no reason to suspect a "god" is hiding there either. The belief in a god who "started the big bang" is generally referred to as deism, and although I don't subscribe to it. I cannot put up an argument against it either, and I don't need to,as no divine intervention in the laws of the universe are involved. It's not that I am so anti_god. It is that I am so pro-education. Something that many theists are proud they lack, holding up high their "faith"Now you can have "faith" that god makes that computer work, and the science behind it is false..and I bet you'll stare at a blank screen all day. Or,you could learn the science, and turn it on. I guarantee better results with the "turn the power on" than you will get with faith

Because the idea makes absolutely no sense.

1 too many "gods"
2 why isn't the oldest religion the correct religion?
3 why so many different God's if only one was ever true
4 As time progresses God's accomplishments can be explained by humans
5 no reason to believe in a fantasy land so no reason to "fear a God"
6 I DON'T FEAR DEATH
7 if God created a world of unnecessary, disease, disasters, etc. then I wouldn't want to spend eternity with God, you can hang out with him if you'd like..
8 if God does exist their is absolutely NO possibility that we could understand, at even the smallest detail, what he wants for us or the purposes or his reasons or his goals but yet we try in vein to pigeon hold a superior creator in order on influence a vast majority of people.

I believe in God because I've been taught about Him my whole life. I read the Bible and I believe it. There is evidence of God all around us. Just look at creation. I don't know why there are a lot of people who are anti-God. I guess they've been raised that way. Each generation has fewer and fewer people who attend church. People want to be in control and if they acknowledge God then they have to acknowledge that they are not in control. It's sad, really. God sent His only Son to die on a cross so we can be forgiven for our sins. Why would you not want to believe that?

I believe in God, but I don't believe He's all-powerful, the Creator, or the Savior. He's just another god. I've got gods and goddesses from a different culture that I have relationships with and they're much more approachable, kind, and represent life. I know your God exists, but He isn't important to me. I know man made the gods and you can pretty much choose the one you want to be connected with. I decided I don't want to be involved with an angry torturer who wants to destroy the Earth. I'm just not into Middle Eastern theology. Sorry.

There's too much evidence that gods are man-made. There's also a lot of evidence of how people tend to make up superstitions. The claims of superstitions, urban legends, and myths cannot be distinguished from the claims of religions, at least in how they are substantiated.

And there is no evidence of any actual gods. Furthermore, it wouldn't make sense that any gods exist. It just doesn't mesh with what we know about the world.

Therefore, I have no belief in the existence of any gods.

I believe in Him because nothing in the science can explain our creation. Why are we capable of feelings, why can we feel remorse, joy, sadness, love. The Universe can not hold on attraction alone, where did it all start. I was told by my Chemistry teacher once, if you look at science you will start thinking all is explainable, but if you look at science deeply you will have no other choice but to believe there is a creator.

To not believe in something does not mean you are anti/against it, it just means its not for you or doesnt go with what you deem as true. If I believe in abortion does that mean I'm anti-life? No it just means I believe you should have a choice.
