often our balance centers are associated with the inner ear, and change in body position can cause dizzyness if there is too much or too little fluid in the ear. That can be caused by allergies, sinus infection, even dehydration.
It could also be a blood pressure issue, which can of course cause secondary problems with the inner ear as well. Don't let such symptoms persist for more than a day or two before consulting your doctor.

This is cause by the blood rushing from your head. if your laying down and suddenly sit up really quickly it can cause dizziness and a little head ache. its nothing to serious but remember when you get up get up slowly.

You lay down and rize up too fast!! Or there's something wrong with some kind of muscle in your ear. If I translate it right in to English it would be Snalehouse but I don't think that's the right name for that muscle-kind-of-thing.

Do you have a mirror near your bed? If that really is a picture of you, I'd get dizzy every time I saw you too.

I am not a doctor or nurse, but if I had to guess it could be your blood pressure. Have it checked at the pharmacy or your doctors office. Good luck
