After all, he created "Everything"! How can "man" worship him and love him if all we can around us is death and destruction? Good people dieing for no reason. Beheadings of the innocent. If there is a God, why does he let this happen? Makes you wonder if there really is a God, doesn't it?

When you write your resume or CV, you just mention the good things about you don't you? You don't add as a foot note:
"By the way, I have a really bad habit of drinking too much at the weekend, and I often become extremely ratty in the mornings if I don't get my coffee, and heaven forbid if anyone gets in my way when my favourite soap is one."
God might be all powerful, but he wants to be liked.

well it really doesn't make me wonder about God.
We were never promised eternal life here, On Earth.
Unfortunatly, Your giving credit to Man's doing, too God.
Remember Always: Free Will, We have the will to cause death and destruction. We have the Will to perform beheading's. Why does he let it happen? Because he cannot interfere with that. All he promised was that if you believe in him, You will go to him, after all this evil.
During a time when something happens that is horrible. Should be the time you believe the most.
Think about it: If there is a God, and there is Heaven, Don't you think You'd be alot happier there then here? But you got to get there some how.
There is only one guarantee in Life: That is you will die.

Even the innocent be headings, Or good peoples dieing for no reason,even he(God) destruct entire world we humans don't have right to ask him why he did it?,Because if he make someone die? he can make him again alive 1000 times, He can give those died innocents 1000 times better life than here, (here after) he can destruct this world and construct this world, Don't blame God for any thing, we humans got limited knowledge, even each and every humans live 1 million year still he cant learn everything, same as you being a common human don't judge god with your simple brain!!! Would you prefer to be a mere puppet, without free will? God allows people to do bad things to each other, this is true...but that doesn't make Him responsible for your actions or mine or anyone elses. As for people dying without reason...people have to die off on a regular basis or the world would have been overcrowded by Jesus' time. The technology of those times could not have produced even remotely enough food, so there would have been starvation on an enormous scale (without anyone dying?). I'm not sure that God truly wants all the credit for all the good things either, but I'm sure He wishes there were more good things going on!

As a Hindu it didn't wonder me. Its a natural question anyone would ask once in their life time and seek the truth. I too had and i am seeking and I am still realizing the truth.
According to Hinduism, God is everywhere and is present in you and me. We are not these bodies we have but the Atman(soul) . It never dies, but it looses this body when you die. Why it is in our body? when did it start? It has no starting point. The creation and destruction of universe itself is cyclic and it started from infinite time. so our souls. Each time it loose one body it gets into another body(taking a rebirth)
Why is it doing that? It acts according to the law of Karma(action). It says, for any action there is a reaction. The doer of the action is the soul and it has to get the result of it. If one does a bad action he gets the bad reaction in his life as a non favaourable situation. Beheading of the innocent is a bad action and the doer has to get the result in this life or in his next life.
There is an escape from this birth , death and rebirth cycle once we exaust all our previous actions(in this life and previous lives) . But since it started from infinity the good n bad actions of our previoius life is also in infinite amount.
So when one realize that this soul is a part of the ultimate Brahman(God) and submit ourself to god and do the actions for fulfilling ones duties in life and completes his life he gets the Moksha(escape from birth and death cycle and merge into the Brahman) . One should understand that we have the right and free will to do an action only bhu the results are granted by god only.
In Bhagavad Gita Krishna reveals the secret of life and death :
"I shall impart to you this most secret wisdom, knowing which you shall be relieved of the miseries of material existence. "

God has created this material world because we wanted it. W wanted to enjoy separated from Hm.
The Sanskrit statement anartha-nivåtti indicates that this body is unwanted. We are spirit soul, and there was never any need of this material body. But because we wanted to enjoy the material body, we have this body, through the material energy, under the direction of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
The hog has a particular type of body and senses because he wanted to enjoy eating stool. Similarly, a man has a particular type of body and senses because he wanted to enjoy something else. We have a particular set of conditioned senses with which to enjoy this material world, and then suffer.
God is not responsible. For your sinful activities God is not responsible. You are responsible. God is canvassing you, "Please come to Me. I will give you all protection." Oh, I am stubborn: "No. I shall not go to You." Then you suffer. What can be done?

He gave us the greatest commandment, "to love one another as He have loved us!"
Since not all people believe in Him, how can we expect to have harmony? Ever wonder if only all people will love and respect each other as God wants us to, what a great world it can be? But in reality, evil exists, and satan is also working overtime to attack the works of God and His followers.
Do not put God to the test. He is the alpha and the omega, and He is gracious and kind, He is just and He sees all, He knows all.
All my trials, sufferrings, blessings, gifts came from Him. and i am grateful for such a God. Who loves me and makes me learn, even in the hard way, to find the truth in Him. It is only in my Faith that i believe that i have lived on to this day.
