There is no easy way to learn Microsoft Excel, since it is a very powerful program loaded with many features. I would recommend an "Excel for Dummies" book or similar. At least these types of books offer accurate information in a format the average person can easily understand.

As a hint, I have been using Excel for over a decade, and I'm still learning....:)

I'm using xp for the last 6 years so i can't use windows vista or windows 7 they are not yet won they have to travel upto vista then only we can say vista or 7 is good windows 7 had released before the winning of vista so i cannot say vista is won, windows 7 sometimes win coz it will work on moderate congfiguration unlike vista it needs much configuration i installed vista home premium once another language with my 1 gb ram but it's too heavy at that time i having graphics card of 256 mb even it is heavy so if i install heavy softwares like photoshop flash or 3d max how much will the speed goes so, i xp is best win 7 is attractive,i'm a system administrator based win xpso in my view xp is top like the previous award winning win 98

I agree with acermill - there is no way to "learn instatntly". From the sounds of your post, you are either interviewing for a job, or just got one where you said you know Excel and now its time to prove it.

Sorry to say, but if that's the case, your lack of knowledge will quickly show.

The Excel for Dummies book is probably your best option. (Not that you are dumb, but that series of books is great for beginners).

Yes buy a book but the best way is to practice how to use the cells and how to use equations such as goto a cell and type in =sum(2+2) hit enter and it will give you the answer go from there to more difficult equations

In real estate it is location, location, location.

In Excel it is do, do, do. Try using it for everything you can think of.

You need to take whatever tutorials you can find on the web, such as those at microsoft.

about.com provides lots of informaiton about spreadsheets too. For instance, http://spreadsheets.about.com/.
