with a guy on the 2nd date. Although we're in our 30s, I think this is way too soon. She said "the moment was right". I've been on my 4th date with a guy I'm really into and I feel the moment is also "right" but haven't... I love wondering and the anticipation of it..... I'm wondering what the thoughts are? would you think a woman is "fast" or is there a rule?

Whats the point in waiting? The original point of waiting was to remain chaste until marriage. I you arent planning on waiting to get married and you are going to eventually have sex anyway, then that means you are playing games. Unless he is into playing games too (which most women hate) then you are just being a sex tease and thats not cool. I agree with your friend. If you are not holding out for marriage and the time is right, then go with the flow, otherwise the "wondering and anticipating" is stupid and annoying.

At 30 honey there is no rule. You are a grown woman. If you sleep with a guy the first night you met him who cares, if you never sleep with him, who cares. No one pays your bills. You shouldnt be concerned with what people say or think.

there are no "rules" if you feel comfortable waiting then wait --- your friend felt comfortable with what she did and she enjoyed (i hope) with no regrets --- every relationship is different so just enjoy the differences ---- best wishes
