They aren't entitled to any rights as an American. They are here against the law. That makes them criminals. Criminals have no rights

DJ just curious...What's the difference between something being illegal and a crime to you?

Anita I watched a debate with the Mayor of Hazelton, who passed an ordinace outlawing the hiring, and renting of homes to illegals, and the lady who was an advocate for illegals said that these illegals are entitled to rights in the constitution. Last time I checked the constitution was made for and by Americans.

I agree its almost laughable. If you go to Latin America ,as an illegal alien,do you think you will be afforded the rights of a native of that country? Of course not,you would be lucky if you had any rights at all. The southern border of Mexico is armed and they shoot people that attempt to cross if they are spotted. Only citizens can vote in the USA and therefore are the only ones with any rights here . The illegal alien deserves only the right to be treated humanely as they are being deported.

I asked that same question about 3 months ago. 2 hr later Yahoo took it off the board!
I have no idea why they think that, I belive the only things they are entitled to is 1) stand in line and get the paper work they need to be here. start paying taxes like the rest of us.
2) If they do not do that, they have the right to be shipped back to where they came from.
Yes it IS a better life in America, but soon it won't be if the illegals are not sent back and American Citizens don;t stand up and fight.

I agree with Brandon D.There is something definitely wrong with this picture when my neighbor can work as a cook, under the table, make what I make bi-weekly in a week, send cars and motorcycles to Guatemala(all the Mexicans in my neighborhood are legal) while I struggle to pay my bills.I really must be doing something wrong. They have human rights, and that's the extent of it.If we were caught illegally in Latin America,we would be deported.

Illegals are not entitled to any of the American citizen's rights here in the USA. Period.
However if you come here legally, you are entitled to the rights of the citizens.

I agree they are humans just like us and should be treated with respect but not handed a living like most are. I pay child support for my kiddo, I go to college, work a hard 60 plus hours a week and I have a really crappy time paying all my bills and getting by. I drive a clunker vehical and jaun garcia down the road has a brand new dodge 3500 and he doesn't speak english or have citizenship, it's discouraging.

First of all they are not criminals, i see someone being called criminal, someone that has murdered, a thief, but just because someone crossed the border doesn't make them criminals. I agree that we need a Strong immigration reform in this country but i don't agree with all the hatred towards mexicans.
