one is of the city in seville, spain. the other is country home with mountains in the background and trees on the sides and back. there is a pond in front. does anyone know what he might be worth in the art world or is he sort after by collectors and how to contact them if i wanted to sell?

Do you actually have a question here? All you've done is make two short statements and put a question mark behind the last one.
