my boyfriend is going into the air force in a couple months, and we've been talking about "us" and our relationship, and he told me that he doesnt want a relationship with anyone right now, and he also wants me to basically just forget about him and move on. I dont know how to move on, i really love him, and i want to be with him, this is just so hard for me. I wish i could tell him "ok fine, we're over" but i cant, im not that strong, and a part of me just wants to hold on and try to make it work. what am i supposed to do??

tell him that its not going to be that esy to forget about him. ask him if you could write him while he is away. but since he has made his self clear you have to forget about the relationship and try to be friends if nothing at all
