Please explain how I can make a biblically accurate reference to the return of the Christian messiah and the Christians act like I pulled it out of my rectum?

Because even they don't know what the bible says...and each and every one of them will argue with each other and say it means something different...I get so tired of listening to them say *you're taking it out of context*...I'm sure that phrase has been programmed into their minds by their church leaders...it's quite obvious that they pick and choose what they want to believe...add to that at will...and assign their own personal meaning to each verse...that or they just listen to their minister's version of the bible and never bother to read it themselves...

Consider yourself lucky.

For Joseph Smith Jr., "christians" banded together to try to suppress his First Amendment rights, tarred and feathered him and many of his friends, beat up many of his fellow worshippers, and even a few government officials banded together to make murdering Mormons legal.

That actually happened in the state of Missouri, the legalization of murdering Mormons, back in the 1840's and wasn't corrected until about the 1970's - 1980's, 130+ years later.

To crown off the persecution Joseph Smith Jr. endured, he and his older brother Hyrum were shot and killed by a black faced painted mob that broke into the Carthage Jail where he was yet accused again of "starting riots by publishing the Book of Mormon".

You get to just deal with your on-line personality getting electronic harassment.

The Mormons, the Latter Day Saints, know what true religious persecution is like, from being lied about to actually being victimized by violence, rape, and murder. All of that because they believe that God will come again and that He has appointed new living prophets and apostles to fulfill the worshippers' spiritual needs and welfare.

At least now you have a brother in me who understands what it's like to be persecuted by those you thought you could trust. But given time, even this episode will cool off.

At least you are not trying to claim that you had a revelation directly from God. That gave many prophets in the Old Testament and many of the apostles in the New Testament a death sentence.
