Lipids. Your bloodstream places them there.
See your GP, you need a more fat-free diet.

Xanthoma a deposit of cholesterol around the eye. Had two removed myself. First was in Hospital, although it came back. Second time removed in my Doc Office and it has not come back.

I'm not sure if this is true, but I saw something on T.V once about it being considered with high cholestorol, but if you're really worried go see a doctor. After all they are the experts not us!
