Her eyes are draining a little. It seems as though her stomach is bulging a little.

I really hope you've made an appointment at the vets by now - if you can't get her in today or early tomorrow, go to an emergency vet!

I confirm what everyone else has said - this sounds pretty serious. Your cat is pretty old at 14, and a bulging abdomen is NEVER good. It could be an abdominal mass (tumour).

Why are you asking Yahoo! Answers instead of taking her to the vet??

Your cat is 72 years old in human years. There are MANY problems an elderly cat can have that is related to aging. But only a vet can tell you for sure (with a physical exam, not an internet exam).

My cat had the same problem and she was 15 years old. Its time to take her to the vet, and see what the vet says. My vet told us to put her down.

It was hard, but its a part of life.

Off to the vet, why are you asking here?

Please, take your cat to the vet immediately. Whatever is wrong is very serious. Don't wait - go NOW!
