There's not much detail I can give except that his nose is bleeding. He keeps licking his nose and blowing out and I know it's because he has a bloody nose. How can I stop it and why does he have it? It's not like, bleeding like crazy, but it's a small amount of blood that keeps trickling out of his nose. Please help!

He must of injured himself or ate something he shouldn't of and chocked it up irritating his nasal passages. I would get him checked by a vet if this was my dog.

I am not a vet but I have lots of dog experience. If it's a slow drip, you can probably wait until the morning but then get him to the vet. Bloody noses are NOT common in dogs and usually indicate illnesses of a possibly serious nature. Good luck.

Quit picking his nose! (sorry, had to say it).

It could be as simple as a cut inside the nose, something lodged up there, or it may be something more serious. If you're unable to stop the bleeding on your own, I would really consider bringing it to the vet and see what's going on.

the only time my dog had a bloody nose was when she ran into the wall ,chasing her toy.the bleeding stopped shortly. i wiped it very lightly with a cool wet towel. if it doesn't stop within 2 hours, i would call the vet.

He either injured it, or he has some kind of lesion inside it. Take him to the vet.
