Perhaps that's why there's so much horseshit in the bible.
Yeah, I said it.

You see, the bible isn't meant for people like you to understand. riding on a white horse expression doesn't have to mean an animal(horse).
What if it's a horse that you think. Even if there's no horse in heaven, is it impossible for Jesus to come riding on a horse?

Hoofbeats of Hell in Horse Heaven
By Sarah Hunsberger, The Oregonian, Portland, Ore.
Mar. 29--With its pastoral setting and patchwork of small farms and acreages, Clackamas County draws thousands of people to the romantic ideal of a country home with horses in the pasture out back.
The county, home to the ninth-largest horse population in the nation, has nearly 10,000 horses, and related businesses pump an estimated $35 million a year into the county's economy. That's about the same as the value of the entire state's blackberry crop

my sisters used to watch a tv programme caled white horses, i used to hate it but the damn theme song is still stuck in my head 30 years on. if jesus uses it as his theme song i'll be on the other side.
On white horses let me ride away
To my world of dreams so far away
Let me run
To the sun
To a world my heart can understand
It's a warm and gentle wonder land
Far away
Stars away
Where the clouds are made of candyfloss
As the day's born
When the stars are gone
We'll race to meet the dawn
So when I can only see the grey
Of a sad and very lonely day
That's when I
Softly sigh
On white horses
Snowy white horses
Let me ride away
aaaaggggggghhhhhh!

I believe Revelation says that (depending on your interpretation). Kalkien, a Hindu incarnation of Vishnu, is supposed to do the same thing. Come down on a horse and wipe out all evil.
If they keep horses in Heaven, I hope they have boots.

I don't expect much agreement on this one, but Revelation was written by the Apostle John during the persecution of the church. It was written in highly figurative language meant to be interpreted primarily by Christians in that day. It had significant meaning to them. I believe that it has some application for us today, but I don't believe in the Rapture or premillennialism.
There is also the figure of the dragon waiting to devour the child the mother is in labor with. Clearly this is not a literal event.
So while this is a figure of Christ's triumph and return, it isn't a necessarily a literal account.

"white horse" is a common misinterpretation. You have to remember that this is a prophecy that was written almost 2000 years ago in Greek. When predicting the future people are limited to their contemporary lexicon and understanding of technology. Taking this into consideration and reading the original Greek, it becomes obvious that Jesus will arrive on a white Harley. I believe it'll be a Fat Boy with straight pipes, but don't be surprised if he hooks up with the OCC boys and thunders in on a custom chopper.

as a Jew I'd like to say that JEW4MESSIAH is speaking on behalf of a very very small fracture of Jews who are very very OFF THEIR ROCKERS
you cant be a Jew and believe that jesus was, is and will ever be the messiah. the two religions cannot coexist together.
I respect Christians opinions and views and think that as long as they believe in a higher power and want to lead a moral life then that's super. But I will not stand by as this JEW4MESSIAH tarnishes the name of Jews everywhere.
I hope no one here thinks that his skewed views hold any weight at all here or in the Jewish religion.

No, that is apocolyptic literature which uses symbolism so the message is only understood by certain readers at the time it was written. When Christ comes back, it will be once and for all (no hidden, secret rapture) and all the world will know it.
