Unless you want a defamation suit on you hands,I suggest you mind your business.Just think if you are working with this person, your workplace must be okay with the fact this person may be illegal.Make sure you have another job lined up if you are determined to do any reporting.

If you have legitimate concerns about a person's immigration status, contact the immigration authorities and let the professionals handle the situation.

Attempting a citizen's arrest will get you either fired, charged with false imprisonment or a fat lip.

Those type of habits will get you into problems. For instance say it becomes known that you were the one that turned him in(assuming that he is an illegal). Don't you know that possibly somehow a friend of his can set you up by placing drugs on your vehicle, personal property etc.-etc. and report you! Or something similar! Trying to do evil or good isn't always right....

Dont make a citizens arrest just call ICE. Illegal aliens affect every single legal American. And yes you should report lawbreakers.

The immigration law that requires that aliens be documented for legal entry. Those who sneak intto the country are referred to as "entry without inspection" (EWI). Others enter with legal documentation and then violate the terms on which they have been admitted by taking jobs that are not authorized or overstaying the authorized period of stay in the country. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:

"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable."

If you have evidence of illegal immigration, we recommend you contact your local immigration office for assistance. Following is a list of regional immigration investigations office phone numbers.

actually just because hes Mexican and possibly illegal does not mean that he will shoot u or even be a threat the reason they come here in the first place is to seek opportunity and work to be able to live happily so i dont really know why u would want to make him leave the country if he is not doing anything wrong.

No, you can't make a citizens arrest and you can't taken the person's race into account. Contact ICE with your concerns and evidence.
