This is different for everyone. What do you enjoy? I like running. So thats what I do. Find what picks you up and go from there. Might be a good book or music, maybe ice cream and a good movie. ~Good Luck~

There are many thing you can do while you're sad. I listen to music when I'm sad. Sometimes I write in a journal why I'm sad. I write just about anything that comes to my mind. And if I'm really down in the dumps, I speak to Christ Jesus and try to get some answers. These are just a few things you can do. You can paint, draw, take a bath, go for a walk, or anything that interests you. Hope these suggestions might trigger something for you to do.

Everyone has thier moments... Your probaly stressing over little things... Take time for yourself if it be half an hour or more...
Stop!
Go to any place that you like.. prefably a quiet room and think..
Cry...
but, mostly think and sort things out...
Relax and don't rush....
Sometimes put some music on.... slow sad music might make it worse but it makes me feel relax....
Always have time to rest and turn to things..
Don't over occupy yourself b/c you could be covering the problem by going out and doing something the minute your sad... like shoping, eating, hoobbies...
Sometimes hobbies work like Painting or writing taking pictures.. Other just push back the feeling and don't resolve it...
Tips- get plenty of rest, eat well, have quiet time, don't over work.... Do your everyday shedule... but, don't sweat the stress.. it's not the end of the world

Watch a funny movie
Play with a favorite pet
Talk a walk
Listen to some uplifting music
Call a friend
Buy something new for yourself
Get a haircut/manicure/pedicure etc.
Look at pictures from when you were a kid

When you are sad, you first need to know why you're sad, coz, something must have caused it. After finding out, talk to God about it.Then tell yourself you aren't going to let anything take your joy away; then work at it by studying scriptures, playing and singing your favourite and dancing songs as you also get busy.

When I'm sad, I tend to go jog or run. It really helps. Just go out and start running or jogging. Believe it just relieves alot of your stress and in a way your in your own little world...no worries...no stress...no drama....just you and the open path.

Music also helps me. And if you come to a point where you are depressed then I would advice you to talk to someone.

do something the makes you happy. Listen to music, read a book, or watch a movie. it takes your mind off the hard things and shows you the fun things in life. also, try and see if you can go on some sort of retreat. Every time i go on one of those it just brightens my day. =) good luck and hugs for you!

Go do something that will cheer you up. Listening to music can bring back memories that will make you sad. Get a friend to talk to or go shopping.

listen to music, go out with friends, talk to someone on the phone!! venting really works!! dont keep anything inside, let it out and if u have to cry, go ahead!! you will feel a lil better!! think about all the good things in ur life and the people that care About you!!! good luck xo

go shopping...if u cant....call over a friend....

what ever made u sad,tell yourself that their are many sad ppl out there and u make the difference by holding your head up.
PS...i was sad but when i think about all the good things in my life i am happy. and u made me happy by answering your question even if its not a good answer.
