I have 9 brothers & sisters.
My parents were friends with a couple who had 13 kids.
Get-togethers with our two families were always so very much fun!

There was a family in our town who had 17 children. All from the same mom and dad. At one time I lived 3 doors down from them but by this time all but 2 of their children still lived at home. I knew one of the siblings. She told me once she felt that her family was a freak show. She didn't like telling people that she had 16 brothers and sisters. She also said it was the older siblings part time job to help with the younger ones.

My father is the second youngest of 12 children and my ex husband is the 4th eldest of 12 children.

THE FAMILY REUNION- we all have loads of fun; brothers, sisters, sisters in law, brothers in law, children, grandchildren etc. the house is full of laughter, music and joy. I think I can say my parents in law didn't have a TV set, when they married. LOL. ;-)
