k so theres this guy, and were not going out but we both like each other.he just doesnt want a relationship right now becuase hes so busy and he doesnt wanna neglect me...but then i went to this party and this guy was totally hitting on me and he was cute but nothing happened. then later when i told the first guy, he got all jealous and told me that i cant go over there anymore! it made me sooo mad cuz like hes the one who doesnt want a relationship. than when i told him, he said we can be faithful to each other and stuff without having a relationship..WTF?!? hes totally messing with me right? grr..what should i do? im eighteen hes nineteen, and he occasionally sleeps over at my house, so were really close. he wants all the characteristics of a relationship( faithfulness, sex, being together alot,etc) but he just wont freaking commit! what should i do

Whether he wants to admit it or not, he is in a committed relationship with you. It's probably that he wants you to be his girl but he's afraid of "breaking up" or failing. The fear of rejection basically. If you really like him, play his little game. You are his girl, basically, even if he won't admit to it. Like my boyfriend likes to put it...He's not a "player" in the game, he IS the "game"! So play it till you win it girl!!

If he can't commit to a relationship don't let him use you for sex. Why should he commit any further when you are giving him all the benefits already. Break off the benefits and explain to him that if he only wants to be friends, fine, but you don't do that with your friends. If he really cares and misses you...he'll be back and realize maybe a relationship wouldn't be so bad.

I would let him know that you like him but you cant wait for him forever. He has time to sleep over and to hang out with you but not be in a relanship with you. This guy seems to have his priotys all messed up. I would talk to him about this. Let him know what you want and your concerns. If he is still being a jerk then forget him. Maybe him come around when he relizes what he has lost.

Duh, he just wants the sex without the obligation of "dating". I wouldn't be surprized if he's also getting some on the side, thus his reaction to you and another guy flirting or whatever, because he's feeling guilty. Guys want everything without giving up anything..especially at 19. Either get the guy to commit to the relationship..or to realize..you want to date..so if it's not him..you'll find someone else to give you what you want/need. Don't take any crap..make him grow up

He wants all of the perks of a real relationship...
ie sex, having all of your attention and not hanging around other guys......
but he doesn't deserve any of that if you want a relationship and he won't commit.
Tell him he is being selfish and that unless he commits to a relationship, he can expect you seeing other guys...after all it isn't any of his business!

Tell him you want a committed relationship. Even if he is too
busy. Tell him you know he is busy but if he expects you not
to go out with anyone else then he needs to commit to you.
You don't have a ring on your finger saying your his.

Talk to him about it.If he doesnt want to commit maybe he likes someone else or doesnt want to be w/ you.Or maybe he just doesnt have time right now but wants to be w/ you but not deal w/ the stresses of a relationship.

maybe he has committed without the labels --- does he see anyone else??? if he does not he has made a committment to you he just does not want the relationship to have a label --- he may have had some bad experiences ---- best wishes
