well will this clean out my bowel for me
like stuff i have ate and just give me a straight awnser
and i no the risks i can get from this so you really
don't have to tell me okay? thanks alot if you help me out.

If you really want to go to the bathroom take six dulcolax pills and either 4 ounces of castor oil or a bottle of Magnesium Citrate. It will make you go until your stool is clear. This is very similar to what they give people to get cleaned out for a colonoscopy . I would recommend that you take better care of your bowels than that and that you do a castor oil cleansing every other month and a nice large volume cleansing enema once a week or so. Adding yogurt to your diet is very good for you and adds a good flora to your bowel To take a good cleansing enema use a Fleet Bagenema ( Ask the Pharmacist for it or to order you one!!!)set it holds 1500ml of water. (Don't use the little Fleet saline enemas as they don't have enough volume and contain nasty sodium phosphate that pulls water from your bowel and helps dehydrate you!!!) Use warm water with two teaspoons of non iodized salt or baking soda the salt or soda helps buffer the solution and cuts down on absorption. Relax and start out in the knee chest position then move to your side or on your back as comfort permits. Take two of three of these and you will be very cleaned out!!! Enemas are far better for you than that nasty Dulcolax!!! See Sources. Good Luck:-)!!

Yes, they will - and you will have the unpleasant "side effects" the other person described.
Dulcolax is something I'd only use if I was in a real panic AND couldn't use suppositories or enemas.

I took one yesterday and got stuck in TRAFFIC!!! becareful and stay near a toilet, my stomach cramp like hell
