She is going to jail, but she might be able to get a reduced sentence of 39 days for good behavior and if she gets involved in working inside the prison. I believe that celebrities should not be exempt from the law just because of their status in society.

She thinks she is above the law and should be treated differently than those of us who lead the 'simple life'. From what i hear, she was late to her court hearing and I also heard that her mother asked the judge for his autograph!!! . Guess they thought the whole thing was a joke. I'm surprised that she didn't ask the judge "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM??".
I have to say that I will be really surprised if she actually goes to jail.,

She needs to go for the full time! Did you know that she was 20 minutes late to her court hearing and walked in the door to the courtroom powdering her nose?? !! The judge was not happy !! The world does not revolve around her and she needs to lfollow the rules/law just like everyone else has to. I hate people that think just because they have a bunch of money that they are above everyone else.

Yes she should go. I wish she would stop whining about it. And I really wish so many other people out there would stop defending the bimbo! It is not like the judge gave her the death sentence already! She broke the law! She goes to jail.

Yes..even though she will be segregated from the general population she may just serve 1/2 her time because of the overcrowded conditions.
I find it humorous that she is asking Gov. Schwarzenegger for help.
I hope he sends her a letter back stating...hasta la vista baby.
