Many people really don't know the answers and to them the questions are very legit (of course some people do post just to be stupid). Before people get a dog (or any other pet they really need to research it a lot more and gain some basic knowledge).

*****Puppylover, in response:
"I really do not think that someone who is a professional dog holder while my dogs get an injection, a dog poop picker upper, and an instrument cleaner is the authority on dog behavior. "

I don't think you have a clue at all on what a vet tech really is...a licensed vet tech goes to school for 2-4 years, has to pass state and national boards, has to intern with at least 2 different vets before they graduate from school and earn either an associates or a bachelors degree in animal sciences...a "real" vet tech is neither a professional dog holder nor a poop picker upper. A vet tech is very capable of administering vaccinations, IV's, putting up meds, monitoring surgical patients, assisting in surgery, handling aggressive or frightened pets of all types, giving meds, handling many behavioral issues, etc. Many like myself also have training in other areas as well..myself am a dog trainer, have training in canine behavior, reproduction & breeding and have extensive study in canine nutrition & feeding. Techs also go on and do training sessions, clinics and seminars to stay up on current vet practices and other pet related info.
Being a vet tech takes a lot of knowledge, a lot of hard work and a lot of dedication.Being a vet tech is the RN and PA (physicians assistant) of the pet world.***********

I believe you truly. i became down an similar route some days in the past. i'm with you all the way in this. definite there are those who do not intend to reproduce and they discover themselves with a pregnant rescued canines. There are variety those who have not a clue about canines, who locate a canines on their doorstep. they have not made economic provision for this and they could't discover the money for clinical clinical care. oftentimes the canines does no longer have a huge clinical situation, in spite of the indisputable fact that the asker is verbally bashed even as they ask questions. The answerer's withhold efficient recommend and propose a vet. There should be 1000's of being concerned canines fanatics in this talk board with efficient experience. definite if a canines leg is putting off, or if there is an open wound a canines should be taken to the vets. on the different hand there are those who've bought a canines without thinking its destiny welfare and cost. we are able to not be in a position to stop human beings doing this, some human beings do not imagine about a canines destiny.Verbal bashing isn't the answer and we are able to under no circumstances stop thoughtless human beings procuring canines on a whim. those human beings imagine that spending funds on a canines is unnecessary, in spite of the indisputable fact that even as they ask questions there are frequently advice that can help. a question for you, is your beginning signal Taurus. EDIT. this can sound patronising and it really isn't any longer meant to be. many of the knowledgeable canines proprietors are intellegent those who've studied canines habit and their habit. a number of the persons who purchase canines on a whim and ask stupid questions aren't any more. lets bash them continually and they'll under no circumstances understand. If all of us stop bashing, per chance lets stear them in the right direction and help their undesirable defencless canines. Sorry my spell ckeck has died yet yet again.

I think people should stop the rudeness in the answers and questions, too. Don't you agree? I also, think people should stop saying they are vets-raspberry- when they are not. Also, I wish some of the people who claim to be vet techs would stop w/ the know it all attitude and rudeness I have read in their posts. I really do not think that someone who is a professional dog holder while my dogs get an injection, a dog poop picker upper, and an instrument cleaner is the authority on dog behavior. I find most of the breeders answers to be most interesting, although rude at times, too.

If most askers would type their question at the top, where it says, "Search for questions", most of the silly repeated threads would be eliminated.
