really i need to know this... how do you know if you love somebody?

you always want to be around them, if they are happy, then you are usually happy, and if they are hurting, it hurts you too. and also you put their needs and wants above your own.

You need to distinguish between being in love and loving someone, as it's not the same thing. Being in love is like a natural high. It's hormonal. It causes you to be short of breath, it makes the butterflies take off in your stomach, you feel as if you are on top of the world. However, like all highs (natural and drug induced), it's temporary. Your mind gets used to the hormonal shower and then you fall out of love.
Loving someone is like a permanent state of mind. It doesn't make you fly, instead it gives you peace and stability. Ideally, you are in love with the one you love. You will be too, only not all of the time. Remember, being in love is a temporary thing. So during your time together, you'll probably fall in and out of love with your husband (or bf). For example, during a vacation or whatever, you'll probably fall madly in love all over again.

You know you love somebody when all you can do is think about them and every second you miss them and want to be with them. Trust me I know...I Miss Someone right now and it sucks...I saw him 2 days ago and I am already whining about it, actually I was whining about it when i got home that day but that dn't matter haha.
