Not an issue until recently, but at times I've woken up in the morning with a stiff/sore shoulder. I think I might be sleeping too tightly/bunched up together... the pain, which occurs most on the top of my shoulder, is rarely present the rest of the day.

Happen to anyone else?

If you are sleeping on your side this can definitely cause pain and stiffness in the shoulders. If you do a lot of computer work this could be causing the problem as well. You need to relax yourself before going to sleep. I recommend a cup of Chamomile Tea to help you relax and not be so tense during sleep. 500mg of calcium and magnesium before bedtime will also help you relax.

If this continues you may want to see your medical doctor.
