I waited and for about a week for this guy to call me. He said he would call last night to set up another date. I still have not heard from him. I am feeling like he is not as interested as he should be if he really likes me. I don't know what to do. We are old friends and we dated back in the day. We just reunited a couple weeks ago.

It could be he might have other things to take care off...but I can't imagine what can be soo time consuming that he can't drop an email or a quick text or a quick voicemail explaining his actions.
So, move on sister...unfortunately he's just not that into you.

Don't sit around and wait on him. It makes you look like you're desperate and you don't want that. If he's going to call he will call you. And well, if he doesn't then move on. It's not worth you sitting around wasting your time.
