i told my doctor about it and he said it was normal but every time i sneeze it feels like my head is going to fall off

it's going to take at least three months after the surgery before you start feeling better. My only suggestion is to apply An ice pack to the back of your neck for ten minutes, several times a day. This helps to numb the nerves.

ask your doctor for different pain medication to help you deal with this. You may also need a muscle relaxant.

I had it done too and I loss a lot of pain right away after the surgery but my brother (twin) had it done and still has pain. If it goes on too long, I would get a second opinion. My brother had to have his redone.
