we might have a chance to meet mr richard boucher ! what do u think he should be informed of . perticularly cituations and human rights in jaffna. plz make it more of a western point of view.

The conflict in Sri Lanka must be properly addressed so that a solution will be proposed by Mr. Richard Boucher of US and the conflicting parties must adhere to the mediation.
