If a man gets drunk, does he deserve to have some guy have sex with him without his permission?

first off if a guy is drunk and another man has sex with him, its rape, same as if the girl is drunk and another man has sex with her.
I dont see your double standard?
Personally I dont think i would ever be drunk enough to not know that i was being raped by another man...he would have a beer bottle broken on the side of his head.

it is a double standard, since legally it isnt rape when the guy gets it done to him. I guess they could be charged with sexual assault, but how many guys are gonna admit it happening to them, chicks would have an easier time since most of the time they dont even seem to need to prove anything.
