My indoor cat got out march 18th. Is she pregnant? She eats a lot, gained weight, behavior changed, she had no heat cycles for about a month 1/2 now (she used to every 2 wks) but yesterday her heat cycle came back can she still be pregnant?

It's surely possible if she has not been spayed. Have the vet check her out. If she's still intact, ask your vet to spay her. She will be much healthier if you do so.

Cats have heat cycles until they are impregnated - the fact tht your cat is in heat again indicates she is not pregnant.

Take her to a vet to be sure. If she got pregnant March 18th she would be close to term by now and a vet could tell in a second if she was pregnant.

Please get your cat spayed. She's proved she can get out, so if you go on like this she WILL get pregnant.

Besides, prevention of pregnancy is NOT the only reason for spaying - it's also done to protect the cat's future health by preventing cancers, although since she's already been in heat a couple of times spaying won't be as effective at preventing mammary tumours now.

It's also possible that she had a false pregnancy, I was just reading about this, a cat will have all the symptoms of a pregnancy for weeks then they'll go away and she will go back into heat. Best bet take her to a vet to find out what's going on with your cat.
