I understand your position completely; it's hard to be a teacher in these days, when authority has gone to pieces and
everyone thinks democracy means you can actually do anything, all the ethics are gone and some people justly say we're living in hell ! I myself have about the same problem, though with me it's slightly different; working in an office I don't face much personal conflict with people around me...
I believe you should remain what you are, your physical weakness doesn't mean much, it's your spirit that counts...
I believe you like your profession and that's the most important thing...If students perceive you give your utmost every time you're lecturing, they will start appreciating this, believe me !

If you wish to become a "strong" leader, you must first carry yourself as one. Mentally, you are bringing yourself down, filling yourself with self doubt can make you fill poor and sickly. You need to start working out, exercise, and practice your speech in a mirror, or tape recorder. Think positive thoughts about yourself. You are still young enough to change the way people and YOU see yourself.

I am not nor will I ever be a leader, but I am a true and loyal friend, and parent. Many leaders in my community trust and count on me. I see the way they act; and while I may not approve of some of the things that they do, I would never betray their confidence. But there is a common factor in all the leaders that I have ever met in my life, and that is they are confident about themselves; no matter how intimidating they may be to others, they don't care. And no matter how much you may like or dislike them, you will find yourself trying to please them.

Join the military, they will teach you how to lead, how to exercise and how to get a better job.
