i read that adults who take some vitamins are harming is that the same for children

I would recommend double checking with your child's pediatrician but from my understanding yes multi-vitamins are good for them. There are formulations especially for them.

As for adults taking multi-vitamins on the whole it can be ok but they should check with their dr first because certain vitamins can affect the treatment of certain diseases and illnesses too.

A childrens multivitamin is fine. some may have more iron then other which can cause constipation so read the labels. Vitamins from diet is ideal but most children dont get they daily intake they need from diet alone.

i cant believe children need vitamins of any kind unless of course they were born with a vitamin deficiency.taking vitamins are an excuse for bad diets.

all vitamins should be ingested through food vitamins in excess cause all sorts of complication not to mention the body's own mechanisms for processing these vitamins.

They are not harmful, but most children with a fairly balanced diet simply do not need one. If you do opt to give your child one, make sure it is designed for kids.

multivitamine is good for children if it is taken according to the instruction given .

A healthy diet is better, but failing that I can't see how they would be bad for a child.
