Is it a virus or what i dont know. symtoms: My glands are like bullets, i feel sick when ever i go near food, i have a head ache and stomache ache and i keep getting sharpe chest and back pains. Some one must know what it is! x I also feel ill but cant go near food without feeling sick! xxxxxx

jess you are right ... somebody MUST know what it is .. and my guess is , it would be a doctor...
you can describe your symptoms to us here ,, but in all honesty we'd be guessing and nobody could tell you for sure...
i mean when you consider a doctor can make a misdiagnosis when they actually see you .. consider the chances of misdiagnosis in here.
EDIT: MY GOODNESS what's with the morons giving the Thumbs down for people telling the person asking the question to see a Doctor .... did you fail medical school or something and are bitter and twisted towards the medical proffession ????
HONESTLY when people are asking medical questions on a forum where any Tom Dick or Harry can give any stupid answer that pops into their head .. THE ONLY credible advice is to tell the person asking to seek Proffessional Medical Help .. Unless of course the person asking really doesn't care if they live or die.

except for the whole gland thing sounds like pregnancy , are you sexually active? the breast and back tend to hurt along with your not intaking food at some time and also sleepiness may occur.
the glands could probably be the foreplay that lead tothe pregnancy in the first place. . just joking lol but i said before is serious.

most probably u got flu with chest or respiratory tract infection,and mostly lung infection cuz when u breath u get pain,so take X ray for ur chest
