They're made from tomatoes, but will they make me fat? I eat a lot of these two things!

Look for a sugarless, low calories tomato sauce, like the Weight Watches one.
most tomato sauces contain LOTS of sugar adn preservatives and are therefore bad for your diet....

in fact are not the worst (mayo is like a brick compared with those products...) because the basic ingredient is romato,not so heavy or fat...the problem is what they add,anyway i've red the tomato ketchup (for sure heavier than the tomato sauce) is around 60 kcalories x 100 grams,so,better than butter or oilf or sure...;)

Good, Tomato is a good antioxidant and if you have a dog, mix some tomato ketchup into the dog food and then no more yellow patches on the lawn!
