If you have submitted the information to the immigration department, then it is up to them to investigate the matter. You have no legal rights to pursue this matter. If you feel that the woman jilted you, perhaps you should take the matter up with an attorney, or make a claim in the courts. You may believe she has forged/faked documents but the immigration department will follow that up.

Nothing personal but don't mix your personal life with the authorities.
You'll find another. You should ignore her. Short of her committing a major crime, go on.
Have you posted this in the dating section, opened a myspace page, joined a finder service, look up graig's list?
Or it this a measure of the level of ethical responses towards illegals?

This country is full of people using fake documents and calling themselves "British and proud of it", find a real Brit

I think you should, but not because she jilted you - because she is an illegal immigrant using fake documents which is illegal.
I'd try immigration officers again, or you could call the police and ask them who to contact.

Well, aren't you vindictive. You should be reporting ALL illegals, whether they jilt you or not. Report her to the police for identify theft.

For goodness sake all illegals should be reported,
they are a drain on this country's resources, they are also
braking our laws.Keep at the immigration office and
the police, it makes no matter if you have been let down
by this crook, report her again and again plus the rest of them.

So if you did not report her when you loved her then you shouldn'd report her because you parted ways.

Get yourself down to the police and report her and any other illegal immigrant that you know, these are the people that are making it so difficult for genuine immigrants to live peacefully who have gone through correct procedures to try and find a half decent life.
