Okay, this is a bit complex. I met this girl, she had a boyfriend at the time, she broke up with him shortly after we met, and we went on a few dates. (Nothing crazy, no sex). It quickly turned out that she was a pretty dishonest girl, so I asked her to please leave me alone. That was several months ago. Since then, she's been emailing, Im-ing, and calling my phone pretty consistently, pretty much begging me to give her another chance, and proffessing to be in love w/ me, and some such. I happen to know that she's back together with her ex, which as far as I'm concerned is a good thing. The BAD thing is, despite being with him, she's still sending me love letters, and calling ym phone late at night, etc. I really want this girl to back off, and in order to make that happen, I'm thinking about saying "The next time you email me or call me, I'm going to forward all your recent love letters to your boyfriend. Leave me alone, you've been warned." Am I within my rights to do this?

Absolutely! Don't ya just hate bunny-boilers!?

I would give her one last option to leave you alone and say that if she doesn't, you will forward her letters to her other guy (I'm not saying that it is OK to do this but the threat should be enough!). Might also be worth mentioning that you can and will take out an injuntion to keep her away if necessary.

I'm afraid that if this doesn't phase her, it may be time to start carrying out those threats. Good luck!

certainly, we gave nearby human beings the main suitable to have a seperate government that would not fall under the jurisdiction of our government. via fact they have land given to them for this purpose, i don't think of all people might evaluate that we would desire to grant them Rhode Island. besides, not in basic terms have they have been given their very own land on which they govern themselves, additionally they have each and every suited to flow freely with the aid of the U. S. and are afforded equivalent rights as all different human beings. i'm uncertain i certainly comprehend your question.
