it is good enought time to cause damage, you should at least skip a day before drinking heavy again. It give your body chance to receover and the damage will be lower.

yes, it would be better if u had 2 per night for one week then give it a break for the following and so on, when you drink heavily in one night having more then 2 beers or watever in 2 hours it messes with ur sleeping habits and causes severe damage to the liver, contaminating ur bloodstream.
Our body is only made to process drinks slowly, if you drink too much at once in a short time all it does is give you a temporary depressant feeling, then u feel like your not woth anything in the morning cos of the stupid hangover, doing this regularly enough will give you permanent liver problems...
eat big meals with beers and things

Drinking twice a week is not much.As you say ur friends drink three or four times a week. However what is more relevant is how much you drink at one sitting.Ten beers is no doubt excess.Excessive drinking even if resorted to on fewer occasions is capable of causing damge to your brain cells and liver cells.Besides beer has too many calories and such excesses are capable of giving you a pot belly over a period of time.I would suggest that you drink up to not more than three beers at a sitting. Two nights a week as i said above is ok,but it would be better if even these two nights in the week are staggered rather than continuous.

I can tell you right now with scientific certainty, that Alcohol permanently destroys brain cells, liver, kidneys, erodes the esophagus, stomach, (I can go on with more...) Does this answer your question? You say your friends drink 3 or 4 nights a week. They are well on their way to becoming full blown alcoholics, if some of them aren't there already.

Yes, it is enough to cause damage - to your pocketbook, memory, reputation, and it's a total waste of time. Find something else to enjoy that is more rewarding. I sound like an old fuddy-duddy, but experience is just as valuable as an expensive college education, which, by the way, you should concentrate on.!

Who are you trying to impress? Say you are on the dean's list and you might impress me.
Yes, I went to college, I did drink, but it was not anywhere near 10 beers nor was it twice a week.

Drinking messes up your sleep which messes up your memory. That is why you forget. Also it's not so great for your liver. Give it up and smoke weed if you have to.
