the best way to speed up your metabolism is to eat small portion meal every 3 to 4 hours throughout the day and exercise. The best exercise would be weight lifting and swimming. It can help your build muscle and lose weight fast. The more muscle your have the less fat you will have.

The best way is to mix it up, try walking for a couple of minutes on the tread mill, then speed up to jog for say 5 or more minutes then run for about the same, then sprint for as long as you can and go back down to stage 1 start again. Keep this going for 30-45 minutes. This will speed your metabolism up, most personal trainers recommend this workout and i do this myself - it really works!

eat less ,walk for at least one hour each,at a good steady pace,running and jogging tend to cause injury,it can be done good luck
