Have some plain dry toast or maybe a bit of oatmeal or cream of wheat, some tea and a bit of yogurt, and maybe half of a banana, not too much, and then let it settle a bit. Go easy on lunch, too-clear soup, no raw veggies or fresh fruit, maybe tomato soup or chicken rice soup, saltines, and water. Sip clear soda between times and nibble on saltines until you are feeling better. Stay away from greasy foods, junk foods and raw veggies for today.
best wishes,
cryllie

Oatmeal is nice for something not too upsetting. Plain toast or a bagel might be good. Avoid the high fat and high sugar things like sausage and jam, etc. Just have something kind of plain until you get feeling better!

something easy like a chicken noodle soup, or cream of wheat, or even mashed potatoes and peaches. How about a bit of tea and toast?
Saltine crackers with some 7 up
yogurt
don't have anything that is acidic....and eggs will make you want to hurl

A babana and cold milk should be okay. Anything bland and gruelly. Keep up your liquid intake - lemon juice with a pich of salt. A dry toast. Avoid coffee until your stomach stabilises. Gruelly rice, a mashed potato with a dash of butter and a squeeze of lime for lunch or dinner.

I reccomend the BRAT diet. Banannas, Rice, Apple Sauce, and Toast. This is what doctors recommend for upset stomache. Goodluck!

Just have some toast ... if you have any ginger ale, stir it until it's flat and have a few sips of that as well. Very soothing to the stomach.

Try an egg on toast (with Marmite if you like it). If you microwave the egg in a small, lightly greased container for two or three minutes (after pricking the yolk with a needle so it doesn't burst) you will get a very simple 'poached ' egg. If you fancy bacon have that- it always works for me, as does tomatoe juice.
