how can i make an icon for CD i will burn ????

i want to add an icon for CD or DVD which i will add any data for it

any help how to do this

First you need to make an icon. A very simple icon can be made by simply renaming a bitmap (drawn in Paint) from a ".bmp" file to a ".ico" file.

Second, you need an "autorun file" that will tell the computer what icon to load. It will look something like:

[autorun]
open=folder1\folder1A\myfile.exe (your program)
icon=myicon.ico (your icon file)

Create this in Notepad and save as "autorun.inf"

You may be able by selecting the property and select customize. If there is not there then you just need to paste an icon in the cd drive and edit the autorun
