Depends on which country you are living in. If it is a developing country like India, I won't suggest that you do. You might be hurting your parents, his parents and over all, your food and living habits might not match. You kids will not have a right identity. It is more pain than gain. Sister, please don't do it.

Could be a big mistake. The BBC news told about a Muslim judge just forcing a Hindu and Muslim couple to split up.

you'd need to convert to his religion. it depends on which country you're staying. some country will split the couple up if they find out that the spouse is not converted even if they have children. I'd advise you to understand his religion before you commit cause hindu and muslim are so different. Unless he's the type who doesn't practise. and be ready to have problem with food cause it's hard to find halal restaurant (depends on which country). so most likely you'll need to cook all the time.

Religion gets in the way of too many romances. The first girl I ever asked out turned me down because her parents wouldn't let her date anybody who wasn't Jewish.
But if you are living in India, or even some other parts of the world, you must be careful marrying someone outside your religion. Women have been killed for doing this. If you are in the USA then make sure your parents know and agree to it. Perhaps bring your fiance over to meet them without talking about religion. After a few meetings if they are getting along - then let your folks know. Same with his family.
Being turned down for a date is one thing, being stoned to death is quite another.

So many people have said that there is no boundaries in love. I somewhat disagree to that statement a long time ago but now, the word compromise plays important part to have a strong relationship for one can never give in too much. There is always a limit to everything in life. Thank you.

Oh man that is not exactly the most compatible combination, but you can love whoever you want. Love should be given to every human being. Maybe it isn't the wisest thing to be in love with this guy because of the family conflicts that are bound to happen. If you love him though you should not care about those things.

Do what you want, I have a lot I could say but I would get reported. I will say just this much. According to the Koran muslim men are allowed about 4 wives and can beat them all. Best of luck, though, with the unfaithful husband and the bruises.

I'm atheist and I'm in love with a Muslim guy. I definitely want to marry him. I believe that love is a human quality independent of culture, religion, sex, whatever. If you love the guy, go for it! I sure will! ;-)
P.S. What's with all the anti-Muslim comments people? They are kind-hearted and wonderful people for the most part. Those who say stupid things like "they're crazy" or "they're asexual" are just ignorant and racist. Enjoy your white bread.

Well yeah it is upto you on who you want to marry. It is the persons charcter that matters. If someone wants you to give up your religion or is forcing you to change your religion in order to be with them, then I think you should ponder about it. That is no good.
