Actually doing stomach exercises do NOT burn belly fat. This is what a lot of people seem to think, but the best way to burn belly fat is to decrease your fat and sugar intake and do some cardio. Stomach exercises will tone your stomach muscles, but until you get that layer of fat off your stomach it will never show.

Go on a diet and do some cardio

I used HIT to lose alot of belly fat.
A good HIT routine could be this, warm up with a jog for 4 minutes, then for the next 8 minutes go 30 second sprint, 30 second jog/walk, after this do a 4 minute cool down jog. This absolutely kills you, but it really does help you melt that fat off.
Dont worry about doing crunches or situps, there is no such thing as spot reduction, if you do 1000 situps a day it will not show until you lose the layer of fat that covers them.

Train regularly and intelligently. Unfortunately, there is not any one pleasant pastime for coaching the abs. Perform a style of sporting events - incorporate sporting events from beyond and present tendencies. Also, incorporate conventional crunches as good as robust routine from Pilates, yoga, exercises and health ball coaching. How do I do away with the layer of flab round my abs? The pleasant method to burn fats is by way of nutrition amendment and pastime. Cut out empty energy and consume sensibly. Simple sporting events equivalent to going for walks, swimming, biking or going for walks are robust for burning energy.

losing fat, toning and increasing definition are all the same thing. you can't spot reduce fat through exercise you need to clean up your diet and eat healthy. you need to exercise your entire body using various forms of exercise (cross-training) to speed up the resting metabolic rate which utilizes mainly fatty acids for energy.
