No, Heaven can't be full. Heaven is so big that the whole universe can fit into it.
But regarding your question, it would be fine. Man's consequence is death. He will die. And so if I would be the last to die, I'll accept it. After all, life here on earth is a challenge and full of sufferings.

The problem with PC is each person is suppose to tell God what they want morals to look like (except conservative christians).
No one tells God the way things will be.
A person can't go in a courtroom and tell the judge what he can and can't rule in each case (he will ask that person to leave his court or be escorted out).
God is more then a human judge (he is the creator of all things including the "judge").

I don't think it would matter to me. I don't believe in Heaven. In my religion there is no full situation. However, if this did happen I don't think I would want it to happen while I was still alive. I wouldn't want to live here forever and ever. If my family was still here and they were ok with it, I would be ok with it. I could still see them but I just wouldn't be able to touch them physically.

I'd probably inquire about two things:
1) "God are going to make it so that people are not so violent towards one another?"
2) "God does that mean we no longer need to eat food or have sex and what happens to the sensations that we enjoy from those...you going to replace it with something else?"
