im 155 cm tall short i know im a male and im 60 kg some one did my body fat and it was 23 percent but i dont look that fat how can doing some thing as adding you heigh and weight get your percentage of body fat??? i also did my bmi thingy and it said im ova weight do theses things really work or what if they do explain how

the BMI is not as accurate as the body fat percentage.

get yourself some hand calipers and learn to take your own bf readings.
