You should let people not related to you answer your question, because they have knowledge of how to hook up with people that are related to you.
For living people in the USA, and for Ancestors there are different sites. You could really use GENFORUM for each surname. There is not a GENFORUM for Voirol - you could start one. There are multiple for Stephenson and Turner, I put the generic one below.
For living family location and contact information use the other sites below.
