How about elbows?

At present, I would say Sakio Bika and Mr. Holyfield.

Of all time: Hamsho, Fritzie Zivic, Paul Pender. Hopkins tends to be dirty, but is very sly about it. Tyson, whether accidental or on purpose, used to throw a punch, and would sometimes follow through with an elbow. He did it to Bruno in their first 'fight'. Not that he needed to.

Holyfield was the very best at using "accidental headbutts" in the ring and get away with it. He's done it to Tyson in their two fights and against Rahman who's head swelled so bad.

Mustafa Hamsho- butted Hagler shamelessly as well as many other fighters. A pretty dirty fighter.

Fireman Jim Flynn- watch his billygoat act vs. Jack Johnson

Harry Greb broke Gene Tunney's nose with a headbutt.

Elbows: Marciano was a big elbow-er. Roberto Duran, too.

You know welterweight contender Joshua Clottey uses his head alot that is why he has a DQ on his record. As far as elbows Mayweather Jr. is known for pushing of with his elbows. He did it against Castillo in their first fight.
