My boyfriend just dump me because he turn back to his ex. When he dating me he told me he want to forget her and start a new life with me. I believed and in those three months we really had good time together. One day he left me without any notice I was shocked. Cause we just plan to spend a weekend together but he didn't show up. Later he call me back told the truth. He try to use me to forget his ex. I was trust him no baggage between our relationship. But...I don't know how do I face to my next relationship.

To start, don't. At least for a while. You need time to heal before you will be able to seriously commit to a relationship. As for how to trust someone, that is difficult to handle. I've been burned bad before. I've had girls dump me for other guys, use me to make my boyfriends jealous, even lie to my face when i confronted them about known lies. It isn't easy, and anyone who says otherwise is either, full of crap or trying to sell you something. The only piece of advice I can give you is do not give up. You have to trust people or you never build relationships. I would not have met my fiance' if I hadn't trusted her. The best way to go about it is trust people with small pieces at once. Don't just open yourself up all at once, but let people know little things which you consider trust issues (such as your personal secrets). If you find them to be trustworthy, let them know more. Liars are sometimes hard to spot, but give them enough time and they will slip up. Above all else don't trust a person twice, if they abused your trust once they WILL do it again. That one I had to learn the hard way.

do not rush into anything..... take the time to get on your feet again, emotionally and all........ take what you have learned, the good and not so good into the next relationship...... and trust YOURSELF more..... listen to that inner voice.... that inner voice, if used and litened to, would help a lot of couples avoid the realy bad stuff..........
