CCTV can be allowed in company where females are employed in order to monitor their activities. It is not allowed in comfort rooms.

There is nothing illegal in installing CCTV on the Companies premises as long as its not in bathrooms, toilets or any place where a person has a right to expect privacy.

There is no law that restricts the location of the CCTV. It is up to to the company to decide on the location. Generally due to sensitivity and possible misuse, CCTV are not located in women toilets/bathrooms etc.

CCTV is such a thing which is used to monitor where we need to get information not in that place where private pics can be taken. A public place and a comfort place should be kept seperate to be safe from criminal offences

CCTV is allowed in all public places. This is not allowed in dressing rooms.
