Fry hambugers to seal in the juices.... bake it when doing meatloaf. Break it up and fry it when you are preparing a meat patty filling. You see, it all depends on what you want to cook.

It depends on what I am going to make with it!

I can make meatballs, meatloaf, both would be baked.

If I fry my hamburger, I can do endless amount of things, like a taco salad, a ton of different casseroles, lasagna, soup, enchilades, stuffed green peppers, on and on.

either fry pattys or
in the oven I make Meatloaf (add bread crumbs, eggs some ketchup, garlic, onion, bake in loaf at 350 45 minutes)
you can make this and make patties too and fry them

up to yr preference. fried will be oily. bake not so oily
