I have done that a few times already, and I don't drive a minivan; and the tint of my car isn't that dark. Of course, I choose the place where I do it (such as the parking lot in the office). But I don't think I really had to change all my clothes, as in down to my underwear. I usually need an emergency change of clothes if I sweat into my shirt from the heat or to comply with some dress code (example: from sweats to khakis). So, yes, changing clothes in you minivan COULD be safe. One last advise: before you start to change, plan how you should to it to make it swift, without messing your new clothes, etc.

I would have to say..... not while driving. I have done much worse in the back of a minivan (while parked), so I would say yes...... assuming you were parked as well.

wrap a towel around yerself change your drawers and commence dressing, don't even need a mini van.
